All sales are final. Because our service involves real-time API costs to query multiple AI models on your behalf, we are unable to offer refunds for completed audits.
If your audit fails to complete due to a technical error on our end, we will either re-run the audit at no additional cost or issue a full refund at our discretion.
Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from your dashboard. When you cancel, you retain access until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for unused portions of a billing period.
If you believe you were charged in error or have concerns about your purchase, please contact us at support@heysienne.com before initiating a chargeback. We are happy to review your case and work with you to resolve any issues.
