heysienne (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our AI visibility audit service.
When you run an audit, we collect the business name, industry, location, and optional website URL and competitor names you provide. If you make a payment, Stripe processes your payment information - we never see or store your card details.
We also collect basic usage data (pages visited, audit count) to improve the service. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics.
Your business information is used solely to run your AI visibility audit - generating prompts, querying AI models, and producing your report. We do not sell, share, or distribute your data to third parties.
Audit data is stored in encrypted databases hosted in secure cloud infrastructure. All data transmission uses 256-bit SSL encryption. We retain your audit results so you can access them later and track changes over time.
When we run your audit, we send prompts to third-party AI services (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, xAI, Perplexity). These prompts contain your business name, industry, and location - information that is already publicly available. We do not send any personal or private data to these services.
You can request deletion of your audit data at any time by emailing support@heysienne.com. We will delete your data within 30 days of your request.
